EquiNet ist eine deutschlandweite Initiative zum Aufbau und zur Stärkung inklusiver, kollaborativer unternehmerischer Netzwerke.

In Kooperation mit dem Impact Hub Berlin laden wir euch herzlich zu unserem offiziellen EquiNet Launch Event ein.

Verlasst eure gewohnte Bubble, tauscht Perspektiven aus und vernetzt euch mit gleichgesinnten Changemaker*innen.

Dieses Event ist offen für alle, besonders wenn du:

• ein sozial engagiertes KMU oder Start-up vertrittst, Unternehmer*in oder Gründer*in bist,

• Teil eines Accelerators, Hubs oder eines Ecosystems bist,

• Entrepreneurship chancengerechter, inklusiver und zukunftsfähig mitgestalten möchtest.

EquiNet setzt sich für mehr Chancengerechtigkeit, nachhaltiges Wachstum und Equity im deutschen Unternehmer*innentum ein.

• Empower: Stärkung marginalisierter BIPOC-geführter Unternehmen durch

gezielte Unterstützung, Wissensaustausch und Zugang zu Ressourcen.

• Equip: Begleitung von Organisationen bei der nachhaltigen Verankerung von

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in ihren Strukturen.

• Connect: Vernetzung marginalisierter Unternehmer*innen mit KMU mit strukturellem Einfluss für Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe.

Wir sind überzeugt: Starke unternehmerische Ökosysteme wachsen durch bedeutungsvolle Verbindungen mit marginalisierten Communities , als Grundlage für inklusive Führung und kollektive Innovation.

Über BIWOC* RISING

BIWOC* RISING ist Deutschlands erster Co-Working Space und Social Club für BIPOC-Unternehmer*innen. Ziel ist es, Chancengerechtigkeit, nachhaltiges Wachstum und Teilhabe im Unternehmer*innentum zu fördern.

*Das Panel findet in deutscher Lautsprache statt. Der restliche Teil der Veranstaltung, einschließlich Networking, erfolgt auf deutsch und englisch.
