Equinox Energy Reset DayDate: Saturday 21 March
Location: St Nicholas Church, 197 Pohutukawa Ave, Ōhope
Time: 10am - 3pm
Optional sauna: 3.30 - 4.30pm
Join me on this upcoming Autumn equinox for a mini retreat day where we will clear old beliefs, balance our energy and reset our nervous systems for the season ahead. The timing of this day co-ordinates with Mercury going direct and the sun going into Aries, helping to break through procrastination, fear and self doubt. This is a perfect time for new starts and new actions.
Our time together will include:
- Grounding yoga and mindful breathwork
- EFT tapping techniques to calm our nervous systems, helping to release unhelpful body, mind and subconscious patterns
- Journaling time for setting new intentions for the coming season
- Guided chakra alignment meditation to bring coherence into our energy fields
- Energy balancing and self compassion exercise to incorporate into daily practice
- Optional sauna and ocean swim at the end of the day; a chance to integrate the work we do together
Teas and light snacks will be provided
Cost: $100 / $120 including sauna
