I’m excited to offer a Pilates Mat Class at Manawahe Hall starting Monday, March 23rd.We will begin with a 6-week trial block to gauge interest, with the intention of possibly continuing the classes throughout winter if there is enough demand.
Dates for the 6-week block:
March 23 & 30
April 6, 13, 20 & 27
Time:
Class begins promptly at 6:45pm and runs for 45 minutes.
You are welcome to arrive from 6:30pm to get settled.
About the practice:
This class will be based on the principles of Classical Pilates, a method designed to build a strong and balanced body while cultivating focus and connection in the mind. Through controlled movement, breath, and alignment, Pilates strengthens the core, improves posture, increases flexibility, and supports healthy joints.
By committing to a regular weekly practice over the 6-week period, you will begin to notice real progress in both strength and flexibility, along with improved body awareness and ease of movement. Pilates works the whole body and supports both physical resilience and mental clarity.
Pricing:
Casual rate: $18 per class
6-week block: $90 total ($15 per class)
Booking the full block saves you $18 — the equivalent of one class free.
What to bring:
All mats, weights, and props will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Please bring a water bottle, towel, and comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
