I am truly excited to introduce Equilibrium — an exclusive, personalised immersive sound experience.This new 3-hour small-group format is intentionally limited to only 8 participants to allow dedicated individual attention and meaningful depth of experience.
Equilibrium is designed as a structured nervous system regulation experience. It integrates breath and voice practices, heart-focused coherence work, reflective integration, and immersive sound healing to support:
• Stress relief
• Emotional balance
• Greater clarity
• Deep physical relaxation
• Long-term nervous system resilience
This experience goes beyond a traditional sound journey.
It is an immersive, experiential workshop where guided practices are not only received, but embodied — equipping you with regulation tools you can confidently integrate into daily life.
The session concludes with a deeply restorative sound immersion, including personalised vibrational sound work on and around the body. This responsive approach supports deeper integration and nervous system settling in a safe and grounded way.
Each participant receives:

• A recorded Equilibrium practice
• A structured home-practice PDF for continued integration
The intention is both immediate restoration and practical skill-building for lasting inner balance.
