• Consider practical steps to strengthen equality, inclusion, and fairness across the Trust

• Share perspectives and challenges with others leading on equality and inclusion

The session is designed to be reflective, practical, and discussion-based, supporting staff to develop confidence and clarity in their equality and inclusion leadership role.
