- ENVISION 2026: Shape Your Vision. Ignite Your Path - Guided Meditation & Creative Flow Dojo Playshop
A dedicated space to dream, shape and articulate your vision for the year ahead. This session is rooted in the Creative Flow Dojo® approach, practices that help us enter that “optimal" flow state experience where clarity, creativity and courage meet.
We’ll explore how to cultivate the inner conditions that allow inspiration to arise. Expect guided visualisation, embodied imagination, and practical tools to carry forward into daily life.
This is part of our all-day WINTER SOLSTICE GATHERING on December 20th. culminating in MEDICINA: Ecstatic Dance & Cacao Ceremony - Musical Vibes: Global Bass/Tribal Dub/Folktronica/Shamanic Soundscapes

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This session is rooted in the Creative Flow Dojo® approach. Whether you’re longing to meet a partner, reshape your career, take bold new steps, establish healthier routines, or simply feel more connected to yourself and your life-vision, this workshop supports you in uncovering your heart-felt intentions for 2026.
What is the Creative Flow Dojo®?
- Creative Flow refers to that optimal body–mind state where clarity, ease, intuition and performance align.
- The Dojo is the learning space, a dedicated container for exploration, repetition, growth and mastery.
Most of us have tasted moments of “creative flow,” those sometimes rare moments when everything clicks and we feel intimately connected to the best of ourselves. This workshop explores how to enter that state consciously, and with intention. And we're excited to be sharing some of the Creative Flow Dojo's unique practices with you!
Throughout the playshop, you’ll learn how to unfold the inner and outer conditions that support generativity, how to shift into a positive flow states where creativity, resilience and presence come online.
ENVISION is a space to pause, listen, and chart the year ahead with clarity.
This workshop is an anchor point at the turning of the year: a chance to name what matters, align with your deeper intentions, and step into 2026 with more confidence, focus and energy.

SCHEDULE:
◈ 11:45am-2:30pm ENVISION 2025 -Shape Your Vision. Ignite Your Path.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
1. Please come already dressed in comfortable clothing suitable for movement/Tai chi etc and dress in layers. Toilets are available at the venue but there are no separate changing rooms.
2. a Reusable water bottle. Tap water & lemon water refill available at the venue.
VENUE:
2 minutes walk from Tufnell Park station (Exact venue details will be in your order confirmation email! Please scroll down in the email to see all details!)
-Nearest station is Tufnell Park. 2 min walk from the station. Please check tfl.gov for latest travel updates.
-If you are driving, please be aware that the venue is in an Ultra Low Emission Zone and you may be liable to pay the daily fee.
-Find parking on parkopedia and use venues postcode. There is no parking at the venue.
-There are bicycle racks at the venue to lock your bike if you are cycling.
-Venue is accessible to wheelchair users.
-Toilets are available at the venue.

CHILDREN: unfortunately these sessions are not suitable for children.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We do not offer refunds/ticket swaps for another event if you cannot attend. You are welcome to pass on your ticket to a friend, colleague or family member however please let us know the date & time of the booked session, name and email address of the person attending in your place. As a coach, Seth is dedicated to helping people calm, empower and rejuvenate their busy minds and bodies to achieve the best versions of themselves. Seth brings a wealth of experience holding heart-centered spaces. He integrates the roots of Humanistic therapies, Bioenergetics & Body Psychotherapy, Transpersonal Psychology and Tantra in creative and life-transforming workshops, retreats and trainings.
