Our environments are ever changing. These changes impact not only our mental health, but also our capacity for sex and intimacy.About this Event
You’re warmly invited to an intimate, trauma-informed gathering at the Healing Exchange in the Central West End of St. Louis.
This 2-hour, free (donation-based) presentation offers a thoughtful exploration of how environmental influences -- such as pollution, land use, air quality, noise, and surrounding stressors -- shape our nervous systems and, in turn, our capacity for pleasure, connection, and intimacy.
In a small, supportive group (limited to 12 participants), we’ll examine the often-overlooked relationship between our external environments and our inner experiences of sex, desire, and closeness. You’ll be guided through practical, embodied tools designed to help reduce environmental stress, support regulation, and foster deeper, more resilient intimacy -- with yourself and others.
This is a space for curiosity, care, and connection.
