a picnic series created for Latinas in Social Work to come together in community, reconnect with themselves, and pour back into one another.
In a field where we’re constantly holding space for others, this is a space where you get to be held—as a mujer, as a helper, as a whole person.
Join us for our first gathering on Saturday, May 23rd, 2026 from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM at the Lincoln Park Chess Pavilion near North Avenue Beach in Chicago.
