About this Event

🌬️ Inhale, Exhale, Unravel.

Are you ready to shake off the work week and reconnect to your inner world?

Welcome to Enlightened & Unhinged | Breathwork and Somatics! This is a brand that I created to share the magic of psychedelic breathwork (no substances consumed, just what we call the natural endorphin high that comes with this style of breathing) and somatic techniques that give us tools to regulate our nervous system in every day life. While also being real and authentic about the messy and imperfect side of healing and emotional wellness. Although breathwork feels deeply spiritual to my own personal practice, neither I nor this brand are affiliated with any religious groups or dogma. So come as you are, take what resonates, and always feel free to leave the rest. My goal is, and always will be, to hold space for others looking to improve their relationship to themselves, attune to their bodies, and empower them to make better choices in alignment with their own healing journey.

Join me for a memorable breathwork event: a gentle yet powerful experience where you’ll slow it down, drop into your body, and return home to yourself through conscious breathing. No BS, no judgment—just you and your breath. Play the video in the banner above for a sneak peek at what this event is all about. It's a crazy time in the world and I'd like to provide a healing outlet for the community.

You'll participate in a circular and continuous 3 part breath with a surprising twist — a primal scream for the ultimate release!

💫 What you’ll experience:

  • Guided breathwork sequence to help you center yourself, go inward, and release stored emotions
  • A cozy integration circle to share and reflect afterwards—supportive, judgment‑free, real talk
  • Community time to form new connections post-session

🧘‍♀️ Community Connection Time After

Stay a little longer! After we wrap the breathwork, we’ll hang out—no agenda, just vibes.

It’s the perfect time to connect, reflect, and relax surrounded by great company.
