Rebecca Williams, Inclusion Support Advisor at Kaplan

Becky is the Inclusion Support Advisor at Kaplan. Her professional background is both teaching and job coaching in the further education and charity sector, specifically in additional learning needs provisions. Becky is highly committed to ensuring learners with additional learning needs gain the equitable opportunity to succeed in their education and beyond.


Kirsty Gibson, Inclusion Coordinator at Kaplan

Kirsty is a highly motivated Inclusion Coordinator at Kaplan, with extensive experience in the Further Education sector specialising in supporting and assessing learners with difficulties and disabilities. Kirsty is dedicated to ensuring equal access to learning and education.


Poppy Laila, Personal Development and Inclusion Manager, Kaplan Financial

Poppy 's career in education and apprenticeship has seen her involvement in coordinating additional learning needs provisions to maximise equity for all learners by removing any barriers and making learning as inclusive as possible. Additionally, she is the current careers lead at Kaplan, a qualified Mental Health First Aider and safeguarding representative. Poppy chairs the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and Careers Information, Advice, and Guidance (CIAG) champions at Kaplan to promote equality, diversity and inclusivity in all areas of education and apprenticeship.


Jenny Pelling - Director of Apprenticeship Development and Diversity at Kaplan Financial

Jenny's career in education and apprenticeships has seen her involvement in designing programmes and enhancing provision for learners and employers' benefit. She is the strategic lead for careers and personal development for apprentices, is a qualified Mental Health First Aider, as well as being responsible for governance. She is part of the Apprenticeship Leadership Team and the EDI Steering Group.


Who is this suitable for?

This is suitable for Kaplan apprentices, Kaplan UK students, Kaplan staff, and any employers who want to join. We have a limit of available places, which will be allocated on a first come first-served basis. We look forward to seeing you all there!


Joining the webinar

Upon signing up through Eventbrite, you'll receive a confirmation email which will direct you to a Zoom link where the session will be hosted. Use this link to join at the scheduled time. The link will also be sent again as a reminder two days, and 2 hours, before the webinar. This event will be run as a Zoom meeting with two way video and audio. The session will be recorded.
