Enhancing Administrative Skills with Microsoft Office (Tentatively 7/24)This two-hour training session, developed in collaboration with On the Front Lines and the Hamilton County Office of Addiction Response, is designed to support peer supporters in building confidence and improving their administrative skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. In a collaborative and supportive environment, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, address challenges, and enhance their digital skillset—empowering them to advance in their roles and better support their employers.Throughout the session, we will cover the basics and essential features of each program, including:

• Microsoft Word: Learn how to create professional documents, format text, and use tables and headers for efficient document creation.
• Microsoft Excel: Understand how to organize data, create basic spreadsheets, and use simple formulas to track and analyze information.
• Microsoft Outlook: Master tools for managing emails, calendars, signatures, auto-replies, and tasks to stay organized and efficient in your role.
• Microsoft PowerPoint: Discover how to create impactful presentations, design slides, and present information effectively.
