Si Jobling - Engineering Manager – Rightmove - “PETALS and software engineering teams” –

Following two decades working in tech, my career has grown from software engineering and product design to leading large teams across large organisations.
My passion is now about growing others, providing frameworks, coaching and opportunities through content sharing and building passionate communities of subject matter experts. I pull on my skills from hands on engineering, collaboration many different disciplines, conversational skills and healthy management training.

Leah Cohen – Engineering Manager & Co-Founder - "Hiring with an inclusive mindset"

"I've been in the tech world for 8 years since since graduating with a CS degree. I've worked in a range of companies ranging from corporate to agencies to startups and have built a number of products for my own startup attempts. As a Woman in Tech I've always been a minority and I have a huge passion for bringing more diversity into the industry I love. Coming from a sporting background, and from coaching since I was a teenager, I always enjoyed the leadership side and jumped on any management opportunities that came my way as soon as I started my career. I love managing teams, coaching individuals and shaping hiring processes to be inclusive and enjoyable for all participants."

Nik Walker – head of Data Engineering – Co-op - “Neurodiversity inside our Data Cultures”

Head of Data Engineering, Former of Architecture, Speaker of Mental Health and Neurodiversity... endorser of all things witty"
I've been in the data-space for around 15 years and then 10 of those have been leading people. I've worked in all sorts of environments from giant conglomerates to tiny startups and every single time I am baffled by Data Problems, and adore the people who solve them. Six years ago I started speaking out about my ADHD and challenging firms internally to make people more understanding, processes simplier to navigate whilst using technology to do just that. I focus heavily on 'Human-Centric Leadership' and have left a trail of psychologically safe and high-performing teams in my wake
