Energy work is at the heart of our practice. There are various forms and schools of energy work that folks can dive into. We will be discussing the importance of understanding how what we do applies on a scientific level. We will be engaging in partner activities and practicing the things we learn in this workshop. Please come with an open mind and clean energy. We will have an energy clearing session before class. As usual, we will be meeting in the octagonal library building outside of the UUCC. Doors open at 7PM, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
