About the Soundbath
This experience will be a majority of sound medicine, integrated with some gentle meditation and intention guidance. Our focus will be release, clarity, and alignment.
The crystal singing bowls act as a tuning fork to realign your cells to their homeostatic vibration of 432hz.
About the Sauna
Each participant will experience the healing detoxification of heat therapy.
Event Details
Each ticket includes a 30 minute sauna session and 30 minute soundbath, with added transition time so you don't have to rush! No experience or skills necessary.
Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, or chair for seating, and water.
The soundbath will be a shared experience in the communical space, while the sauna experience will be private. You are welcome to share a sauna with your guest.
Ages 18 and above are welcome. Please ensure you are medically cleared to experience the sauna.
