About this Event
the night begins with a sound bath using crystal glass and tibetan singing bowls, with a soft guided meditation to help your mind wander somewhere quieter. the sound vibrations will be be calming, grounding, and mystical.
during the sound journey, you’ll be invited to paint or draw a portrait of your aura, your inner being, your energy. a faceless autobiography. unique colors, shapes, strange symbols, weird words, anything that appears is encouraged. the goal is to learn to transmute your subconsciousness through art, and take that knowledge into your life as a way to connect deeper with one's inner self on a daily basis.
there will be coconut water, watercolors, paintbrushes, yoga mats to lounge on, soft candlelight, and a warm atmosphere where you can listen, draw, and bring our your inner child.
