About this Event
Experience an energy activation class led by certified meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator and Reiki healer, Nicole Thaw. Nicole will guide participants through an evening of sound bowls, life force energy, breathwork, Reiki, and spinal energetics.
She will also facilitate the Kundalini Activation Process (KAP), an energy transmission process that supports the awakening of your own innate Kundalini energy. Then, experience a sound healing journey led by sound healer and certified Reiki 2 practitioner Mason Hamilton. The unique combination of KAP and sound healing provides a holistic approach to wellness, addressing both the energetic and physical aspects of health, leading to profound transformation in one's mental, emotional, and spiritual state.
This event will take place in our Yoga Studio, located on the second floor near Bamford Wellness Spa and Anatomy Gym.
