Energizing Mat Pilates Class

Ignite your core and boost your energy with this dynamic mat workout that blends Pilates, HIIT, and cardio taught by our founder and instructor, Brooke Allison. This class combines controlled Pilates movements with heart-pumping intervals to build core strength, improve endurance, and elevate your heart rate.

Expect a balanced mix of intentional core work and fast bursts of cardio that challenge stability, coordination, and stamina. The result is a full-body workout that strengthens, tones, and leaves you feeling powerful and energized.

All levels are welcome, with options to modify or intensify movements so you can work at your own pace while still feeling the burn.

Located in the Thistle Farms Education Room

This class is donation-based with a $20 recommended donation. All donations go to Deep Roots Non Profit, providing wellness to women survivors of trafficking and addiction.
