🔥Awaken your body, soul and energy with Kundalini and Kriya yoga practices. I invite you to the Cosmic journey of Bliss and Ecstasy.
This workshop is a continuation of the previous one but more intense and powerful. However, you can join without attending last Energy workshop.
🔥Be prepared to experience very intensive work with your chakras (energy centres) in pairs and also very powerful Kundalini and Kriya yoga practices (certain sets of exercises, breathing techniques) that will help us on this path to Ecstasy. We will awaken Kundalini energy - the most vital and powerful energy in human body 🐍
🔥You can experience ecstatic or blissful states, powerful vibrations in your body, hyper sensitivity, desire or, on a contrary, - stillness, feeling of nothingness and oneness, connection with Absolute or Universe. There are no limitations, and everything depends on how free and open your energy body is. But I will guide you through this process, will share my experience and help you to feel yours.
🔥We will work in pairs: you can come with your partner or find a beautiful connection on Event. No nudity or very close intimate interaction.
✨About facilitator: my name is Natalie and I’m a certified Kundalini yoga teacher and Tantra facilitator. My individual spiritual path began 14 years ago with Kundalini practices: working with energy centres - chakras. Already as an experienced practitioner and later becoming a teacher of Kundalini Yoga, I became very interested in Tantra. Walking this path for more than 4 years now, I have discovered a lot of ultimate truths for myself. I connected with my body and energy in a very deep levels through some Tantric practices. I embraced self love and self acceptance. I embraced my shadow and dark femininity. I became more happy, free and visible to the World.
Now I want to share my Universe of realisations, insights and love with others 🙏🏼🤍
