Energetic Alignment and Activation: A 7-Week Chakra Journey
Join for a seven-week Chakra Series designed to guide you through the energetic centers of the body, from the Root to the Crown, and how each of these centers speak to each other. Each week we will explore a different energy center, understanding its attributes and how to realign and activate through a guided meditation accompanied by a sound healing immersion. The vibrations from gongs, singing bowls, drums, and other healing instruments play a part in the helping to activate and align each center as we journey through this series.

1/5 - Root Chakra: Grounding, safety, and establishing your foundation
1/12 - Sacral Chakra: Creativity, flow, and emotional expression
1/19 - Solar Plexus Chakra:Confidence, willpower, and personal power
1/26 - Heart Chakra: Love, compassion, and energetic expansion
2/1 - Throat Chakra: Voice, truth, and authentic expression
2/9 - Third Eye Chakra: Intuition, clarity, and inner vision
2/16 - Crown Chakra: Connection, wisdom, and spiritual alignment
This series offers a supportive space to clear, balance, and awaken your energy system while helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and move through this New Year season with greater clarity, openness, and ease.
*Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Feel free to bring a notebook.
