Join us at the Downtown Aquarium on May 16 for Endangered Species Day! This event is an opportunity for guests of all ages to learn about the importance of protecting endangered species and everyday actions they can take to help protect them.
The Downtown Aquarium is home to several endangered and critically endangered species including Bengal and Sumatran tigers, red fronted macaws, lesser sulphur crested cockatoos, banggai cardinalfish, humphead wrasse, large tooth sawfish, various species of corals, and more.
There will be self-guided scavenger hunts and information about endangered species and how YOU can save them. Guests can learn even more at our exhibit chats, fish feedings, and animal encounters.
