About this Event
Join us for the End of Year Sound Bath + Journaling, a restorative evening designed to help you gently close the year and prepare your spirit for a grounded, confident start to 2026. We’ll begin with guided journaling prompts centered on surrendering into our best selves, releasing what no longer serves us and making space for who we’re becoming.
After journaling, you’ll settle into a deeply soothing 40-minute sound bath to support rest, ease, and clarity as you move into the new year with confidence.
Please bring a journal, and feel free to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable in the space (eye mask, blanket, cozy socks, pillow, etc.). A limited number of mats, bolsters, and blankets will be available on a first come, first served basis.
This gathering is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, surrender gently, and step into 2026 with intention and ease.
