Empowering Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) Program

We are excited to introduce the EYE Program (Empowering Young Entrepreneurs), an initiative created to foster the growth and success of aspiring business leaders in the USA and Ghana. The EYE Program is designed to provide young entrepreneurs with the skills, mentorship, and network necessary to thrive in today’s competitive business environment.

The EYE Program is a year-long mentorship program launching at the Level Up Business Summit 2025, running through to the 2026 summit. The initiative will bring together 50 young entrepreneurs (mentees) from both Ghana and North Carolina (and the southeast of the USA) and will focus on different aspects of starting and growing a business. Each month, mentees will engage in educational sessions, hosted on Google Classroom and Zoom, covering a variety of business-related topics.

Mentees will also benefit from one-on-one sessions with their mentors to dive deeper into specific challenges and strategies. We encourage constant collaboration and engagement between mentees, providing them a space to learn from one another.

A core element of the EYE Program is the involvement of the mentees in the Level Up Business Summit. Throughout the three-day summit, mentees will have the opportunity to:

• Participate in workshops with business owners, providing hands-on learning experiences.
• Present their business ideas or existing ventures to the wider summit audience. This will give mentees invaluable experience in pitching and explaining their vision, while also highlighting their hard work and progress.
• Be formally recognized and congratulated for their participation in the EYE Program.

In the 2026 Level Up Business Summit, graduating mentees will have a unique opportunity to display their businesses at the Business Expo in Ghana, demonstrating their progress and success to a wider audience. This expo will further provide them with a platform to attract potential investors, partners, and customers.

• Mentors: 20 seasoned business professionals dedicating roughly 10 hours/month to guide and support mentees.
• Commitment: 12-month program concluding at the Level Up Business Summit 2026.
• Subjects Covered: Business fundamentals, leadership, networking, financial management, marketing, and more.
• Platform: Google Classroom, Zoom, and in-person engagements at the summit.
• Mini Summit: A special mid-year mini summit held to foster networking and collaboration between mentees and mentors.

Chosen mentees will pay a $500 registration fee, which includes their attendance at the Level Up Business Summit 2025.

All interested mentees must pay a $50 application fee along with filling out the Google form application in its entirety.
