This interactive workshop introduces Cognitive Agility Through Chess — a beginner-friendly experience designed to help women strengthen focus, communication, resilience, and strategic thinking in a supportive and engaging environment.
This is not a traditional chess class.
Chess is used as a tool for cognitive agility, collaboration, self-awareness, and learning how to think under pressure through interactive challenges and guided gameplay.
