About this Event
The Community Education and Outreach Alliance (CEAOA) was formed to implement interventions and programming that effectively improves health outcomes in underserved populations. CEAOA consists of hospitals, healthcare systems, health departments, medical staff, and support groups in Ohio and North Carolina. Partners work together to provide comprehensive health and wellness programming to address risky health behaviors and chronic health conditions within Summit and Mecklenburg County communities. We are committed to improving health outcomes and prioritizing public health issues by implementing health and wellness programs that focus on community needs.
