About this Event
In light of growing concerns around realtor safety, we’re proud to introduce EmpowerHer — a hands-on workshop designed to equip women in real estate with the awareness, confidence, and practical tools to stay safe in the field.
This workshop is led by the Surrey Police Service EmpowerHer Team, a group of experienced female officers who volunteer their time to provide free personal safety training for women in the community.
With backgrounds in frontline policing, investigations, tactical response, and trauma-informed training, the team brings real-world insight into a supportive, empowering environment.

Workshop Format:
- Total Duration: 3 hours
- Part 1: Educational presentation (~45 minutes)
- Part 2: Interactive, hands-on training (~60–90 minutes)
- Q&A + wrap-up discussion
