What you’ll do:
- Get to know pho inside out: discover how to create a perfectly spiced broth, then watch as your chef transforms it into a slurpy chicken pho.
- Bash up a fiery, aromatic paste using lemongrass, chilli, ginger and palm sugar, then use it to create sizzling pork balls.
- Sharpen your knife skills by julienning fresh, crunchy vegetables.
Impress your mates by creating your own prawn summer rolls from scratch. - Knock up a crunchy Vietnamese salad – a riot of colour and flavour.
