UoN Empower Week: Glow in the Dark Spin Class
Location: Jubilee Sports Centre, Spin Studio (1st Floor)
Join us for Empower - a week of sports, exercise and fun. OPEN to all women, trans and non-binary identifying UoN Students and FREE for all, come and try a new sport, have a go at lifting or meet some new people. Empower offers a safe, inclusive and judgement-free space to exercise amongst fellow female and non-binary students and help you find your active!
On the 5th of March, join us for one of our Spin Classes in Empower Week, with glow in the dark bikes/ lights and face paint.

As a thank you for coming to an Empower event, you'll receive a FREE Empower Tote Bag for attending 1 event, and a FREE Empower T-shirt for attending 3 events.
