Empower Sessions | FLY Project
Hosted by FLY | First Love Yourself, this workshop for International Womens Day brings together women who are ready to reconnect with their creativity, explore new ideas, and gently nurture dreams that may have been put on hold.
Whether you are starting again or starting for the first time, you are welcome.
This is an informal, safe, supportive space to:
- Explore your personal and professional goals
- Identify internal and external barriers
- Build confidence and clarity
- Connect with like-minded women
- Take practical, gentle steps forward
What to Expect
Through three mini-workshops, we will explore:
Where You Are Now
What’s Getting in the Way
Where You’re Going
Each session combines reflection, guided exercises, discussion, and gentle goal-setting.
This space is especially welcoming to women who:
- Are navigating life after challenging circumstances
- Have taken time out due to parenting, caregiving, or personal reasons
- Have experienced burnout, depression, or feeling “lost”
- Are exploring creative, entrepreneurial, or personal projects
- Want encouragement without judgement or comparison
You do not need to have everything figured out, just curiosity and openness.
Doors open 10.30am, first session begins promptly at 11am.
After the Workshops: The day concludes with informal networking and access to co-working space at Kindred.
FLY | First Love Yourself Project has been running workshops in schools and the community for the last 10 years dedicated to empowering girls and women to build confidence and self-trust from the inside out.
Empower Sessions are rooted in compassion, authenticity, and lived experience. Because when you love yourself first, everything else grows from there.
