After a morning of exercises and career mentoring, you are to engage in a peer review in the afternoon, starting polishing those professional conversation skills!

Why Does the Process Fail?

When the exercise is complete, participants will be able to identify the most common impediments to good peer-review, and learn concrete strategies for addressing them.

Workshop Wrap-Up

Learners will have an opportunity at the end of this learning experience to gather and reflect on what they have learned in relationship to each other and finalise their learning into a plan.
