Managing Poor Performance

We start off each session with an informal chat before really beginning the workshop. We identify each other and cover the themes that will be addressed during the session, and check in to see who’s ready for what’s to come.

The Collaborative Management Approach

Participants will be guided through the challenge of uncovering ‘The Secret of a Three Phase Model’ as well as learning to plant and water ‘Your Manager Within’ which, we hope you will agree, is fairly straightforward language of great clarity to use when describing a life-altering learning experience. We look forward to seeing our expected attendees of however many there are coming to get an edge on work satisfaction and performance success!

Goal Setting

In this course, learners will be given the opportunity to use this goal setting instrument to accomplish their objectives. They will also be able to understand how this instrument works in the performance management process, resulting to successful career outcome.

Phase I (Planning )

The participants of this seminar will be educated in methods that push them beyond their limits through coaching and training. We will also teach methods to make the selection process of recruiting people for positions and setting the standards that lead to success.

Phase II (Activation)

Participants will experience the potential power of activation – learning how to unlock employees’ potential for self-activation and success.

Phase III, Part A (Continuous Assessment)

Appraising of workers is necessary to upgrade performances. In this session we learn the process of assessments and appearance of feedback from global standards.

Phase III, Part B (Structured Evaluation)

During this session, participants will gain a better understanding of evaluation processes by reviewing such documents as performance appraisals.

Workshop Conclusion

All training participants can ask further questions and be supported in making an action plan for the steps ahead (last phase realisation), thus concluding the training programme equipped with the ability to further develop on their own.
