About this Event

This 3 hour interactive workshop aims to:

Enhance your understanding and awareness of empathy
Provide you with the opportunity to learn how to demonstrate empathy in conversations with patients
Consider how to develop empathic listening skills with patients and offer you the opportunity to put this into practice

Please note, if you are a non-medical registrant who is eligible for Continual Professional Development (CPD) funding this course will account as part of your annual allowance for CPD funding.
