In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create your very own ceramic empanada incense holder — yes, it looks like food… but it’s actually functional art 👀🔥
You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of handbuilding with clay, including:
- Slab building techniques
- Coil construction for shaping and support
- How to form and seal your empanada
- Sculpting and crimping those iconic pastry edges
Then we take it up a notch…
Using a heat gun technique, we’ll speed up the drying process so you can:
👉 Carve, refine, and shape your final design
👉 Add your incense holder opening
👉 Get your piece ready to glaze the same day
Finally, you’ll bring your empanada to life with our signature glaze system, designed to give that perfect “toasted pastry” finish ✨
