Since completing the ECD Masterclass Course in 2020, Joanne has become one of the most experienced Emotional Culture Deck consultants in Canada and the Leader of the inaugural Canadian Riders & Elephants Chapter, based in Toronto- Ontario. Joanne has delivered multiple Emotional Culture Deck client workshops, as well as numerous 1:2:1 coaching sessions helping teams of all sizes, in a variety of industries create more healthy and high performing cultures through change.
