Emotional Release Breathwork for the Spring Equinox

We'll gather a few days before the Spring Equinox of 2025 for a powerful 2-hr Conscious Connected Breathwork session at the Self-Retreat studios in Camden to align with the energetic tides of the season and maximise our healing release unwanted emotions and exploring altered states of consciousness. 

 

Conscious Connected Breathwork has been called a detox for every level of your being for very good reason. In this 2hr session as well as group instruction you'll be given individual attention and guidance and leave with more vitality clarity feel more relaxed less stressed and having learned a technique that will help take you further towards optimum physical health emotional clarity and a deeper connection with yourself. This Sunday session is for you if you’re curious about exploring the deep healing powerhouse and intelligence that is your body.

Need to know...

 

Please arrive at the studio at 9.50am for a 10am start. We'll finish at 12pm.


Wear comfortable loose (around tummy) relaxed clothing - the less zips and buttons the better and bring water.  

 

Please note breathwork is hugely safe for almost anybody however please check for any contraindications before booking and please don't book this session if you have any of the following:


1st trimester pregnancy

Recent surgery

Severe hypertension

Epilepsy

Recent infectious diseases

Glaucoma or retinal detachment osteoporosis

History of psychiatric hospitalisation or a diagnosis of schizophrenia or bipolar disorder by a healthcare professional

Use of Coumadin or other blood thinning medications

About Justine


Certified Conscious Connected Breathwork coach Justine Clement has recently been described by Conde Nast Traveller magazine’s Wellness & Spa Guide as the 'Queen of British Breathwork', She’s spent the past 15 years exploring ways to live and feel better through ashtanga yoga, kinesiology, Celtic studies and mythology, psychotherapy, plant communication and mindfulness, to name a few. For many years, she was a self-confessed ‘on-the-go’ CEO of an experiential travel company and no words of warning from others about the importance of slowing down could stop her. She only really started to listen after a series of injuries forced her to stop. Her slow recovery invited her to start learning how to ‘be’ rather than ‘do’ … and she found some powerful lessons in those enforced moments of stillness.

"I had never done this kind of breath work before, a little mediation and some attempts at breathing from my belly, holding and long release; if it’s good enough for Navy Seals then it’s good enough for me!
