Emotional Regulation in the Primary Classroom - Newham

This session will explore how we understand emotional regulation for students and staff and how this can influence children in our classrooms.

We will consider why emotional dysregulation occurs in the brain and how we can work in a developmentally-informed way towards emotional regulation for all in the classroom. The session will provide space for building developmental understanding as well as practical approaches to facilitating emotional regulation in the primary classroom.

This session is open to all primary school staff in Newham.
