Description

This training is a personal and professional development program designed to build practical mindfulness tools that help you unlock your natural intuitive guidance, manage stressful emotions more effectively, and increase resilience for overall well-being.

Presenter

With nearly a decade of experience as a mindfulness practitioner, Orlando White is certified by the globally recognized Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute.

Orlando is a member of the Changing Work Collective and will be featured in the collective's forthcoming book, set to be released in early 2025. He has led mindfulness workshops and trainings for organizations such as LinkedIn, Applied Materials, Hamilton Families, and the San Francisco Department of Public Health. His work has earned him two Certificates of Honor from Mayor London Breed, the Engagement & Inclusion Pacesetter Award from Human Rights Director Sheryl Davis, and features in the San Francisco Chronicle, the San Francisco Business Times, and other publications.
