Week 1 (9/3): Self Care and Managing Burnout Recovery
This session helps identify the signs of emotional exhaustion and burnout, especially for those in caregiving roles. Participants will learn self-care strategies and have the opportunity to create a personalized plan to support their mental and emotional well being.
