We Are All Fossils is the musical project of South African-born singer-songwriter Deist Oelofse,blending folk songwriting with ambient textures and deeply personal storytelling. His music lives in
the space between stillness and change, reflecting on memory, time, and the quiet strength of the
natural world. Built around acoustic guitars, atmospheric layers, and an emotionally honest vocal,

Since the release of his second album, Gravity in Grief, the project has grown steadily through
word of mouth, passing one million streams while remaining fully independent. The record has
found its audience gradually, resonating with listeners drawn to its reflective and unguarded
