Vix and the Bleeding Hearts are an energetic UK indie-psychedelic-pop group. Compelling lyrics and classic songwriting combined with the edge if indie music.
This band is from Colchester and is led by Victoria 'Vix' Weaver. They formed as local regulars in Colchester's jam circuit and have been described as "Colchester's supergroup" by Paul Dupree of City Sounds radio.
Comprised of members Ian Sycamore (Hobo Chang) on lead guitar, Ian Fulcher on keys, Cameron Mackie on bass, and Tyler Baker (Gasoline Green, UK's Young Drummer of the Year Winner 2023) on drums.
From their recent gig at the O2 Academy, Islington their performance was described as
"...a very tight performance at the o2 Islington Academy! Great storytellers and we loved their insane guitar solos!” (INPOP).
They are great, have a fantastic album coming out early next year and have already released three singles. They are a must-see live. We think the whole band is so talented.
