Join this presentation to learn to be prepared before an emergency or disaster happens. We will review helping individuals, families and communities to prepare for, respond to and recover from disasters!

- Mental Health Awareness during emergencies
- Stop The Bleed® for bleed control
- Naloxone (Narcan®) to reverse an opioid overdose
- Hands-Only CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) awareness
- 5 & 5 Method for choking (5 back blows/5 abdominal thrusts)

Directions: Enter the building, immediately turn left, walk all the way down, and turn right into the Wellness Community.
