Emerged is an evening of devotion, devotion to the self and to the vastness of your own human experience. It’s a return to yourself, a space to meet your layers with honesty and love, to connect with your body and breath, and to remember what has always lived within you. Through this devotion, you re-emerge clearer, softer and more connected to your truth.
We gather by candlelight for an evening of connection and ceremony. Together we move through practices that open the heart and bring you closer to the quiet wisdom within. This is a journey through the body, the breath and the parts of you that are ready to be seen.
🌿 Blue Lotus Opening Ceremony
We begin with Blue Lotus tea, a heart-softening plant that invites you to land fully in your body. This ceremony opens the heart and sets the tone for the night, grounding you in presence and stillness.
📖 Journaling as Devotion
Guided journaling follows, helping you explore your inner world with honesty and compassion. You’ll meet the parts of yourself that are asking to be witnessed and start to release what no longer needs to be carried.
💨 Conscious Connected Breathwork
We then move into Conscious Connected Breathwork, a powerful technique that uses a continuous, circular breathing pattern to access deeper states of awareness. This practice helps to release emotional blockages stored in the body, regulate the nervous system and restore a sense of clarity and connection. Supported by immersive sound, you’ll move through layers of the self and arrive in a state of stillness and integration.
🔥 Fire Burning Ritual
We close in ritual, writing a letter of release and offering it to the flames, allowing fire to transform what is ready to be let go. A simple act of devotion to mark your own renewal.
This is your invitation to shed the old, embody the new, and re-emerge connected to your breath, your body and the truth of who you are.

Hey I’m Liza Al Sady and I spent the past 15 years working in the corporate world feeling stressed, constantly chasing my next deal and overwhelmed.
About 6 years ago I started looking into alternative wellness & therapies because I felt it was time that I faced my trauma head-on and committed to healing.
I came to understand that no amount of avoidance could alleviate the heavy feeling I carried within me. It was like carrying emotional baggage weighing me down.
Amid my path of self-discovery and spiritual growth, I stumbled upon Breathwork, and it has profoundly changed my life. Early in 2022, I was appointed as Head of Well-being for the largest Education Recruitment Agency in the UK. I introduced breathwork and mindfulness across London and 9 regional offices, and witnessing my ‘suited and booted’ colleagues embrace breathwork for stress and anxiety management was an incredibly fulfilling moment.
This experience inspired me to create a conscious lifestyle brand, aiming to make breathwork accessible to as many businesses and people as possible. I trained in Neo Emotional Release and qualified as a Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach & Teacher under JP Crimi, a leading expert in the science and ancient wisdom of Breathwork.
