About this Event
Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is a deeply restorative practice that guides you into a state of conscious relaxation, somewhere between wakefulness and sleep. Participants lie comfortably through a series of mindful breathing exercises, visualizations, and body scans. This practice helps to release stress, calm the nervous system, and cultivate an inner awareness that promotes deep rest.
This month's theme is Self-Love, fitting perfectly as we celebrate the month of love and friendship. I’ll guide you through a journey of self-love, nurturing compassion, kindness, and deep connection with yourself
Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring a pillow as most of the class will involve lying down.
