This energising session focusing on digital and dynamism will help you to reimagine what’s possible by exploring practical tools that you can use to enhance your approach to volunteer engagement.
The day is led by volunteering sector expert Rob Jackson, with presentations from;

This development day will help attendees the best from digital technologies and lead impactful and effective volunteer programmes. We will discover how to leverage digital technologies to improve the volunteer journey at your venues, with practical advice that will support reflection and change. We will explore the risk, opportunities and limitations of Artificial Intelligence and how it might impact Volunteer Engagement Professionals.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
· Understand the potential and limitations of AI and other emerging tools in volunteer management.
· Identify practical applications of technology to improve communication, scheduling, training, and engagement.
· Explore ethical and inclusive considerations in adopting AI tools.
· Build confidence to adapt and lead through technological change.
The event has been created by Heritage Volunteering Group North West with funding by Museum Development North for people from heritage organisations in Northern England, lunch is provided, and travel bursaries are available.
