Within you exists a sacred creative energy that stems from your womb and sex organs. This powerful energy simply needs permission to be seen, felt, and moved. And once ignited, the sensual energy within you has the capacity to fuel creative projects, birth new ideas, and breath new life into your sexual experience.

This workshop is designed to bring you back into connection with your sensuality through the art of movement.

• Sensual Dance practice
• Integration
