An 8-week program to journey with others into integrity and living in alignment with self.
About this Event

Drawing from the work of J.D. Krishnamurti, Ram Dass, Martha Beck, and others, we will learn to acknowledge how lost we sometimes are, and, with gentle practice, find our way to living in truth and dignity, and discovering genuine self love in the process. By the end of this course we will have grown our compassion for self and other, shed anxiety, and be prepared to make strong decisions with a newly polished inner compass.

Each session consists of learning, a practical exercise & reflection, a chance to share, practice yoga, and close with a guided meditation to help integrate the day’s teachings.

Course Details

This course runs weekly on Sundays from 10AM - 11:30AM at AO Studio Space for a total of 8 weeks, starting January 5, 2025. There is no class on Family Day long weekend (February 16).

About the Teachers

Sylvia Rayner and Rosy Lee met as colleagues in 2015 and have been friends ever since, united in their shared curiosity of what makes life meaningful.

Sylvia is an actor, coach and clinical hypnotherapist with over 13 years’ experience in mental performance training for athletes, artistic performers, and entrepreneurs. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2017 with Kent Brun and Emerson Lim (Karma Teachers) and has been a student of Zen since 2012.

Rosy is a change management professional, facilitator, and outdoor enthusiast. She trained as a yoga teacher under Tina Pashumati James in the Ashtanga lineage of Pattabhi Jois. Her purpose can be found at the intersection of social and climate justice, death literacy, reciprocity with nature, and living in community.
