About this Event
An intimate evening of rest, rhythm, and embodied awakening.
We begin in candlelit circle, setting intentions and grounding into shared presence.
A 20-minute immersive sound bath — featuring shamanic drum, singing bowls, bells, and elemental soundscapes — invites you into deep receptivity and inner listening.
From there, we rise into guided somatic movement, embodying Earth’s stability, Water’s fluidity, Fire’s courage, and Wind’s freedom through music and rhythm.
We close in circle, integrated, nourished, and empowered.
What to Expect

• 20-minute sound bath (lying down or seated)

• Closing circle for reflection + integration
