Join us for an intimate preview of Embodied, Mission Valley’s newest boutique wellness studio. This limited-capacity experience is designed to introduce our movement philosophy, our instructors, and our space — before doors officially open.

DJ starts spinning after the first session. Come for a class or check out the vibe in between sessions. This is your opportunity to experience Embodied San Diego and secure an exclusive Founding Member rate before it’s gone.

This soft launch features a curated rotation of 30-minute signature classes, allowing you to sample multiple offerings in a refined, welcoming environment.

Connect with the instructors who will be leading Embodied’s regular class schedule. This is your chance to experience their teaching styles, ask questions, and find the classes that resonate most with your body and lifestyle.

Please pack lightly. Space is intentionally limited to maintain an elevated experience.
