Embodied Practices: Trauma-Informed Techniques for Youth Service Providers by Lasting Support Services

Time: 1pm-4pm
This one-day workshop equips youth care professionals with trauma-informed, embodied mindfulness techniques to enhance both personal and professional well-being. Participants will gain scientific insights into nervous system regulation, explore how trauma is stored in the body, and practice hands-on techniques for stress management and trauma release. By the end of the session, you'll be better prepared to create nurturing, emotionally safe environments for the youth they support.

This training course is FREE for members of Young Ealing Foundation, however, we are asking for a £20 deposit which will be refunded on successful completion of the course.
For non-members the price is £20 for the whole course.

On street parking will not be free at that time. Attendees can pay to park in the long-stay bays on Mattock Lane outside Walpole Park – this will probably be the cheapest option.
