The best sex is when we are fully present in our body but often times distractions arise that take us out of the moment. Those outside distractions, internal thoughts and everyday stresses compete for our attentions and our intimate lives can be affected. In this class sex coach and yoga instructor, Angela Michelle will discuss how and why mindfulness is so important for good sex and how this concept relates to Tantric Sex. This class will offer ways to cultivate practices in your life that will lead to mindful and mind blowing sex.
All workshops are open to people of all genders and sexualities, individuals, couples, or groups.
Tickets are based on a sliding scale. With a sliding scale, you determine what you pay. Keep in mind that the fees we charge pay for the instructors as well as for the Sexology Institute to continue our educational workshops. The sliding ticket scale is between $20-40, with the following recommendations
$20: Those who are finding it hard to meet everyday costs
$30 Those who can meet every day costs but find it stressful
$40: Those who can meet everyday costs comfortably
These are how we recommend determining what to pay, however you determine what you feel comfortable with.
