Embodied Intentions: Flow Into Sound

We are combining the practice of yoga with an immersive sound experience. This event begins with a yoga flow designed by Kacey to embody the intentions we will set together beforehand. Afterwards, you will be guided into a deep meditation while Brooke tunes into the healing energy of crystal sound bowls.
